He invites the reader into a series of exercises that range from basic breathing awareness, to deep, self-healing and perception shifting, yet always keeping the feeling that this work is possible and enjoyable. Stone interlaces this information content with vivid descriptions of his personal own experiences so that the book also feels like an adventure story. To read this simply as a book that takes you literally on a trip around the universe, as well as deep into one's inner world, is fascinating in itself. To use this book as a manual for developing one's own spiritual connection which those worlds would be a really great journey.
