Cynthia integrates and promotes esoteric wisdom found in all indigenous cosmologies, ancient mystery schools and sacred histories. These "ancient wisdom teachings' apply universal truths, spiritual principles and practices that accelerate the awakening of consciousness and remind us of our interconnectedness.

She was initiated into the Shamanic Path during two decades of extensive instruction under Toltec and Native American Medicine teachers. Her quest to deepen into the knowledge of the ancient America's, led her to wisdom keepers of the pre-Incan and Mayan traditions in her travels to Peru, Teotihuacan and the Maya/Olmec lands of Mexico. Cynthia now shares these teachings and heart wisdom through ceremony, lectures and workshops, and facilitates spiritual journeys to the earth's most sacred sites.
